He served as Managing Director at Accenture for 12 years, leading Cloud Sales, Solutions, and Operations, as well as creating digital and data-driven client programs. He also worked in enterprise architecture at Perot Systems Corp. Bart has a passion for helping companies and teams to exceed their own expectations, and he has been delivering on this philosophy at ngena, establishing it as the premiere SD-WAN as a Service provider in the industry

Oliver Hübner

Oliver Hübner has been part of ngena since its foundation in 2016. During this time, he served ngena in different executive roles in Business Operations, Strategy and Contract Management. Since February 2022 he is our Chief Bizz Operations Officer. Before ngena, he worked for Deutsche Telekom’s Center for Strategic Projects where he successfully led several transformation programs and initiatives. Before that, he oversaw corporate strategy development and implementation at Vodafone. Another stop in his career was at Accenture Consulting where he successfully optimized various telecommunication operators’ processes.
Miguel E Rodriguez

Miguel Rodriguez joined ngena in July 2019. He is a communicator and a humanitarian. For more than 30 years from early beginnings he has been an expert in communications. Creating and producing success for others through messages that reached emotions and resulted in positive conducts towards the target and objectives. With a Masters in Telecommunications Miguel’s passion evolves in the Tech World. During his lifetime work in the field of Marketing and Communications he has been in centre stage for big corporations, governments and Presidents and much more. Miguel has founded more than five companies that all articulated in an Image group that grew in the mind of many clients.
Dietmar Geiler

Dietmar Geiler has been part of ngena since its foundation in 2016. He has steered the company on various areas: Product Management, Solution Architecture, Pricing, Bid Management, Carrier Management and Sourcing Management Since January 2021 he is our Chief Platform Officer. In this role, he drives key business priorities for the ngena platform evolution and conduct customer centric sequencing and realization of ngena platform services and features.
Marcus Hacke
CTO
Marcus Hacke developed the idea and concept behind ngena. He is Managing Director since the company’s formation in February 2016 and acting as CTO. From 2004 until then, he worked at Deutsche Telekom Group where he held several managerial positions in Sales, Delivery and Product Management. In these roles, his responsibilities included global provisioning and operations of telecommunications solutions, as well as the development of a global IT portfolio. Before joining Deutsche Telekom, Marcus spent seven years in the industry as a business consultant with McKinsey & Company, focusing on the IT and telecommunications industries.
