Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining ngena in May 2019, Bart spent over 20 years working with global consultancies and IT powerhouses. He served as Managing Director at Accenture for 12 years, leading Cloud Sales, Solutions, and Operations, as well as creating digital and data-driven client programs. He also worked in enterprise architecture at Perot Systems Corp. Bart has a passion for helping companies and teams to exceed their own expectations, and he has been delivering on this philosophy at ngena, establishing it as the premiere SD-WAN as a Service provider in the industry

Cleber Viana

Chief Technology Officer

An experienced and results-driven Senior Executive with 20 years experience and substantial success in directing the delivery of large-scale enterprise-wide solutions primarily in Telecommunications, Finance and Public Sector environments. Demonstrates comprehensive experience in sales, service management, IT Strategy, Digital solutions, CRM, IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Telecommunications. Applies clear direction and strong technical and commercial acumen in translating strategy into the delivery of solutions, integrating strong leadership and sound management capabilities.

Ariel Cruz

Chief Commercial Officer

Ariel Cruz is an accomplished Multinational Channel Executive with over 20 years of experience. He excels in channel development, sales management, and channel campaigns, having successfully established new markets both in the US and internationally. His leadership has led to exceptional growth and heightened corporate value. A strategic thinker, who possesses remarkable business acumen, adept networking skills, and strong negotiation prowess. Notably, he has been recognized and awarded for his role in designing, launching, and managing top-tier channel organizations and programs.

Matus Radvanec

Chief Business Officer

Matus Radvanec is an adept leader with a diverse background in project management, spanning finance to telecommunications. A proven track record of effectively overseeing and completing projects for global clientele. Skilled in team cultivation, fostering growth, and inspiring individuals to excel. In his role as CMD, he showcases exceptional leadership prowess, steering the ship for ngena Slovakia and ngena Hungary. Matus is not only responsible for the supervision and direction of local operations, people, and ventures but also plays a crucial role in maintaining ngena's thriving business landscape.

Carlo Canevari

Chief Product Officer

Carlo Canevari joined ngena as Head of Product Management in January 2021. In 2022 he was promoted to SVP Product Management. After experiences in Accenture and Pirelli Optical Systems, Carlo spent 21 years at Cisco, with leadership roles within engineering, operations and product management. At ngena Carlo owns product definition and lifecycle management for all the products of our Solution, being the bridge between our portfolio strategy and our powerful engineering execution machine. He holds a master's degree with honors in Software Engineering from the University of Pavia.

Shivaraja Gowda

Chief Delivery Officer

Shiva Gowda joined the ngena team in early 2017 as Lead Enterprise Architect to roll out its platform and is now responsible for its global delivery and rollout of ngena’s products and services.. Prior to joining ngena, Shiva worked with Orga Systems/Redknee Inc., a leading vendor of customer care and billing solutions, where he helped the organization establish Consulting & Delivery Centers in Malaysia and India and delivered projects globally. Shiva holds Master’s in Business Administration from Edinburgh Napier University and Bachelor’s in Computer Science & Engineering from University BDT College of Engineering, Davangere.

Adrian Ertorteguy

Chief Marketing Officer

As a seasoned marketing professional with over a decade of experience in the dynamic world of technology, Adrian is passionate about driving innovation, delivering results, and spearheading impactful marketing strategies: his expertise encompasses all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, branding, demand generation, product marketing, and customer engagement. Adrian played a pivotal role in shaping ngena's brand identity, user experience, and user interface design for ngena's platform and products.

Andrew Hartland

Chief Financial Officer

Andrew Hartland is a creative and results-driven executive with combined experiences directing finance, administration, operations, human resources, and information system organizations. He has over 30 years of financial and operational management experience in telecommunications, hardware and semiconductor manufacturing, software development, nanotechnology, and banking. He is rounding up his expertise in start-up, turnaround, merger/acquisition, and high growth organizations.

Bettina Seuffert

Chief of Staff

Bettina joined ngena as Executive Assistant to CEO. With over 10 years of experience she understands that confidentiality and loyalty are of utmost importance to executives, and she makes it a point to maintain these values in all aspects of her work. She understands the importance of anticipating the needs of executives and founders to provide them with the support they need. Since October 2023 Bettina is acting as Chief of Staff for ngena to support the CEO and Management Team where she oversees internal communications, development of the intranet and HR related projects.

Jan Host

VP Platform & Development

Jan Host has joined ngena in May 2019 as Lead Architect in deployment area. After a year, he became a Team Leader in the same area. In this position, he got to understand most of ngena technical components. In 2022, he took over Horizontal Testing team and later on NSO Function Pack development, which widened the range of understanding of the ngena platform. Prior to joining ngena Jan was working in multiple start-ups in technical and managerial positions-streaming services, zero-knowledge platforms, application development and more. Jan holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from University of Pavol Jozef Safarik in Kosice, Slovakia.
